  • Sit in a chair easily; keep your legs & feet together.
  • Now bend your lower back to left side & neck & right hand to left side.
  • Hold right arm of the chair with left hand.
  • Hold in this position & now do it from other side.
  • Keep your eyes open while doing it. Practice it at least for 10 times from both sides.
